    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 32                                                                                               
    Urging the United States government to take decisive and concrete                                                           
    action to require the release of Mother Pelagia Sayaf, the orphans                                                          
    she cares for, and Bishops Youhanna Ibrahim and Boulos Yazigi;                                                              
    and urging the United States government to condemn violent acts                                                             
    of religious persecution and bring a peaceful resolution to the

Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
Representative Gara be excused from a call of the House today.  There                                                           
being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original
